A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE I WON’T FORGET
“Other People’s Wars” – 5-Star Amazon Review by Author Charlie Moore, Australia
Wow! There are many things I really enjoyed about this book; it was well written, cleverly researched, and intelligent in its approach and delivery. I loved the way the Author was able deliver an intriguing story on a backdrop of real life people, real life historic fact, and at the same time bring us well developed characters that drove the story from start to finish. To put it simply, the book moved me. The characters have become mates that I often think about, and feel for. Their actions, their sacrifices, their love of country, their love of humanity, their honor… they’re heroes to me! Thanks to the author for a book I thoroughly enjoyed and will not forget.
AN INCREDIBLE READING EXPERIENCE
“Nor the Years Condemn” – Review by David Nobbs, Sydney, Australia
Your book is absolutely magnificent; I was completely enthralled and genuinely could not put it down. It is one of the top books of my life. Your detail is so spot on and your background absolutely superb, to me it is 120% out of 100%. Now I am desperately awaiting the sequel. Thank you again for such a wonderful uplifting book and already I know that ‘Ghosts of the Empire’ will be equally exciting, thrilling and memorable.

THIS IS WHAT GREAT HISTORICAL FICTION IS ALL ABOUT
“No Greater Love” – Review by Dan Morales, Chicago
Just recently discovered Justin Sheedy and have been inspired and thrilled ever since. “No Greater Love” is full of rich characters and dynamic situations seamlessly and artistically woven through real history to create a vivid portrait of some of the most interesting moments in exotic locations throughout the theater. His use of just the right details in describing even the smallest of action provides for an extremely cinematic and enjoyable journey that must be read to be appreciated. This is truly how historical fiction was meant to be. Well done, mate.

“Goodbye Crackernight” – 5-Star Amazon Review by LF Allen
Thank you Justin Sheedy for a richly heartfelt and humorously nostalgic journey back to a not easily forgotten youth and “growing up” in the 70’s. On a different continent yet with such similar experiences, I truly loved the read and remembering my own adventures!
5-Star Amazon Review by Ross Burns
I’m three years older than Justin Sheedy, but it seems like we had almost identical childhoods. He recalls all of the quirky things from the life of a Seventies kid that the rest of us are in danger of forgetting. Goodbye Crackernight was a Time Machine which took me back to my childhood.

A TIMELESS BOOK FOR ALL AGES AND ALL NATIONALITIES
“Memoirs of a Go-Go Dancer” – Review by Camille Party, Sydney, Australia
Being French and having lived in Sydney for only a few years, I did not have the slightest idea what it would have been like to grow up in Australia. There again, being in my mid-twenties, I could only imagine what it would have been like in the 1980s. “Memoirs of a Go-Go Dancer” by Justin Sheedy not only filled the gaps but also took me on a fascinating journey through time as though I had stepped into a time machine. Justin’s book in one hand and my iPhone in the other, I would listen to every song mentioned, down to watching the clip of ‘Sorry’ by the Easybeats (A must watch if you haven’t seen it yet!).
Although the 1980s are considered as a cultural and historical blank, Justin surely makes them seem like exhilarating times, filled with romance and adventures. Imagine… People wrote letters and made audio tapes instead of sending e-mails and leaving voice mails. It was more common to catch the train from Sydney to Melbourne than to jump into a plane. And you could even hitch-hike safely and get a free ride with a bikie!
A lot has changed and even though I feel like high school has been over for an eternity, my teenage years are actually not that far away. I remember the feeling Justin describes: this feeling of immense freedom when you realise your whole life stretches in front of you, but that this immensity of possibilities might somehow swallow you… “Memoirs of a Go-Go Dancer” is a timeless book for all ages and all nationalities. From laughter to tears, it will bring a smile to your face and a feeling of warm nostalgia to your heart. A real delight!
